What to Expect…
When visiting Southbridge you can expect to feel welcomed, accepted, and inspired. We have all kinds of people from all different kinds of religious backgrounds and upbringings who have decided to make SCC their church home. Southbridge is a “come as you are” casual church that is open to anyone desiring to know God more.
You can come expecting our full-band worship team to lead you in passionate, uplifting worship and singing. You can also expect preaching that is heart-felt and relevant that will challenge and encourage you. We invite you to come as you are, leave different than you came, and expect God’s best.
When are services?
Southbridge has two, at 9:00 & 10:30 AM. Infants and toddlers can be checked into the Nursery as soon as you walk in and elementary aged children are dismissed to 252Kids after the singing portion of the service. You can then pick up your children at the conclusion of the service.
What is there for my family?
Southbridge offers something for everyone in the family! We start with a caring nursery that is offered every Sunday morning for children ages 1 month to pre-kindergarten. Next is TotZone & KidZone where we teach children Bible truths in an age-appropriate manner, while providing a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for young children; enabling parents to participate in worship and spiritual growth. We offer a wide variety of activities, Bible lessons, songs, and crafts each week. Snacks are provided.
On Wednesday nights there is also an exciting program for everyone in the family; Adult discipleship class, nursery, TotZone, 252Kids and Mosaic. Mosaic is a service tailored directly to youth.
How do I get connected?
There are several different ways to get connected at Southbridge however the first and most important step is that you come visit us on a Sunday morning. We believe that Sunday morning is the central experience to growing in Christ. Come out and see what SCC is all about!

What is the Leadership Structure at SCC?
At Southbridge Community Church our leadership structure consists of two entities:
- Pastors, also described as Elders, at Southbridge Community Church are presently all credentialed ministers who have been called by God to serve as the pastoral staff of SCC. The pastors/elders oversee and care for the spiritual needs of the flock (Acts 20:28; Titus 1:5). Their responsibilities are to proclaim sound doctrine, refute heresy (Titus 1:6-9), teach God's Word, exercise leadership in the local church (I Thessalonians 5:12-13, I Timothy 3:1-7), and be an example of purity and sound doctrine. They function as shepherds of which Jesus is the model (John 10:11-16; I Peter 5:1-4).
- The Pastoral Advisory Team (PAT) functions as deacons of Southbridge Community Church; following the pattern of servanthood set by Jesus' life and example (Matthew 20:26-28). In Acts 6:1-6, we find the Early Church appointing 7 men that were full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom to serve as deacons alongside the pastors/elders in administrating the temporal and material affairs of the church. This was done so that the pastors/elders might prioritize prayer and minisry of the Word (Acts 6:2). The qualifications for deacons are described in I Timothy 3:8-13.
